Laboratory representation has authorized to sign legal obligation shall be signed in the document “Agreement of using ILAC MRA mark between Bureau of Laboratory Accreditation, Department of Science Service, (BLA-DSS) and laboratory”. And when the actual document has already signed, please send it back to BLA-DSS with evidence providing a laboratory representation who has authorized to sign legal obligation as the address follows:
