On July 2023, Dr. Pochaman Tagnheen, Deputy Director General, Department of Science Service  presided an opening of training workshop. On this occasion, Dr. Pochaman Tagnheen also delivered the training course “Requirement ISO/IEC 17043: 2023” through the virtual platform BLA staff, assessor, Technical Sub Committees,  Laboratory Accreditation Committee and proficiency testing providers.

Between 24 June 2023 and 1 July 2023, Dr. Pochaman Tagnheen, Deputy Director General, Department of Science Service and Mrs. Mrs. Pataraporn Tanapavarit and Mrs. Chantarat  Vorasapavitt,  Bureau of Laboratory Accreditation, Department of Science Service (BLA-DSS) as APAC MRA member according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043 and ISO 17034 jointed “APAC Annual Meeting 2023” which was held in California, the USA.

Extensive collaborations between Bureau of Laboratory Accreditation, Department of Science Service (BLA-DSS), Thai Industrial Standard Institute (TISI), Department of Medical Science and National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards, made the seminar on a cutting-edge topic “Accreditation Supporting the Future of Global Trade” possible. The seminar was held at the Richmond hotel Nonthaburi, on 9^th June 2023 - known as the World Accreditation Day.
