Between 24 June 2023 and 1 July 2023, Dr. Pochaman Tagnheen, Deputy Director General, Department of Science Service and Mrs. Mrs. Pataraporn Tanapavarit and Mrs. Chantarat  Vorasapavitt,  Bureau of Laboratory Accreditation, Department of Science Service (BLA-DSS) as APAC MRA member according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17043 and ISO 17034 jointed “APAC Annual Meeting 2023” which was held in California, the USA. With this in mind, BLA-DSS was requested to cooperate with others in compliance with APAC MRA principals and mutual agreement. Indeed, APAC MRA Council meeting aimed to consider and provided a space for members to make an agreement to notify applicants to be a member in compliance with rules and procedure of the body of accreditation.

                  On this occasion, each member was encouraged to exchange information, standard, knowledge and scope of a mutual agreement. The surveillance and perspectives toward academic context of the accreditation bodies were furthermore shared to the members. Joining the meeting enabled stakeholders to gain knowledges and experiences which would be needed to be considered when improving the quality accreditation body and support the national economic and National Quality Infrastructure.
